Follow instructions and you should be able to go into your Farcry 3 editor, click file, open and open "The Grasslands" then push Ctrl + G to play. Start in the center of the map "In the circle of mountains" Step 4: Drag entitylibrary.fcb over Gibbed.Dunia2.ConvertBinaryObject.exe. This will create a new folder called "entitylibrary_converted". Inside the WeaponProperties/FC3 folder within is where you can modify the gun attributes. They're fairly self explanatory. As an example of making some modding changes:
